## What to track

- Date observed and source URL or screenshot reference.
- Plan gates for SSO, audit logs, exports, automation, reporting, AI features, and support.
- Minimum seat rules, annual billing requirements, add-ons, and usage-based charges.
- Renewal, cancellation, downgrade, or seat-reduction constraints.
