Vendor Relations and Right of Reply
Vendors, agencies, affiliate teams, and PR representatives are welcome to contact SaaS Expert. We will listen, but we do not sell positive coverage, ranking placement, or removal of legitimate criticism.
What vendors can send
- Factual corrections with supporting public sources or product documentation.
- Product updates that materially affect buyer guidance.
- Security, privacy, compliance, pricing, integration, or migration details buyers should understand.
- Requests for a briefing, demo, or right of reply.
- Affiliate or partner programme information.
What we will not accept
- Payment for positive reviews or top rankings.
- Threats or pressure to remove fair criticism.
- Pre-written vendor copy presented as editorial analysis.
- Undisclosed sponsored content.
- Affiliate links where no approved relationship exists.
Corrections and disputes
If a vendor believes a review is factually wrong, send the page URL, the claim being disputed, and the best supporting evidence. We may update the article, add clarification, ask follow-up questions, or leave the article unchanged if the evidence does not alter the buyer guidance.
Right of reply
For material disputes, we may quote or summarise a vendor response where it helps readers understand the issue. A right of reply does not guarantee equal prominence, a changed verdict, or removal of criticism.
Briefings and demos
We may accept vendor briefings or demos when they help us understand the product. A briefing is not paid coverage and does not guarantee a review, ranking, recommendation, or affiliate link.
